Assistant (Associate) Vice President of Finance - Cleveland State Community College Cleveland

The Assistant (Associate) Vice President of Finance is responsible for budget and fiscal management and oversight of all business and finance functions. The AVP oversees/manages all critical functions of accounting, budget work, audit and cash management functions of Cleveland State Community College. JOB LOCATION The main campus of Cleveland State Community College is the primary workplace; however, some travel to off-campus instructional sites and Tennessee Board of Regents system headquarters may be required.
Faculty - Emergency Medical Technology Memphis
This is a full-time, faculty term appointment within Emergency Medical Technology department. The individual shall be knowledgeable in all aspects of pre-hospital care, capable of applying techniques and modalities of adult education, and of managing resources and resource personnel. The individual shall act as a liaison between faculty, students, the local medical community, and the Office of Emergency Medical Services. The individual is also responsible for the delivery of didactic material, demonstration of the psychomotor skills, verification of skill proficiency, and continued faculty development to meet the needs of the institution. The Instructor is responsible for the coordination, planning, preparation, presentation, and evaluation of classroom/lab instruction and related activities. The instructor is responsible for performing assigned teaching duties during the day, evening, or weekend on any Southwest Tennessee Community College campus as assigned. At a minimum, the related activities include instruction, instructional counseling, academic advising, serving on various committees, participating in local, state, regional, and national professional activities and organizations.

The mission of internal audit is to enhance and protect organizational value by providing risk-based and objective assurance, advice, and insight. This position reports directly to the president and offers a hybrid work schedule.
Administrative Assistant - Marketing and Communications Memphis
The Administrative Assistant is a full-time position that reports to the Associate Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Communications. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing personal secretarial services such as office administrative duties from general to complex critical duties. May oversee, coordinate the flow, or check the work of student workers, temporary employees and lower-level clerical employees. May operate a word processor, computer terminal, microcomputer or copy machine. Tasks may include screening calls, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing procurement documents and contracts, planning meetings and events, maintaining files, preparing minutes of meetings, editing various documents; and communicating with all levels of internal management and staff, students, community representatives and vendors.
Adjunct Instructor Logistics and Supply Chain Management (Pool) Dyersburg
Dyersburg State Community College invites applicants for Logistics and Supply Chain Management adjunct instructors for day, evening, and online classes held in Dyersburg, Covington, Paris, or at one of our other off-campus centers. Initial assignment may be at one of our teaching locations, but the official work station assignment may change each semester. The successful applicant will become certified and fully use the course management system (eLearn) for all classes. The applicant will also attend required meetings, report attendance, early alert notifications, and final grades prior to the established deadline, and will communicate curriculum and personnel needs or changes as appropriate to their assigned coordinator/dean. This position reports to the Chair of Business & Technology and the Dean of Arts, Sciences, & Technologies.
