| The Director of Institutional Research provides leadership for institutional research, assessment, program evaluation, and data-informed decision-making. The position analyzes and interprets institutional data, prepares internal and external reports, supports faculty and programs with learning outcomes assessment, and evaluates the effectiveness of academic programs, grants, and student success initiatives. The director also contributes to the development of database queries, statistical analyses, data products, and dashboards used to monitor institutional, student, and program outcomes. |

| Roane State Community College is inviting applications for qualified candidates for a full-time tenure-track faculty position in our Chemical Engineering Technology Program. The successful candidate will teach a combination of introductory and advanced Chemical Engineering Technology classes including Industrial Equipment, Technical Calculations, Process Equipment, Process Operations, Process Control and Instrumentation, and other related courses. Classes are taught both in daytime and evening timeslots (including some weekends) at our Oak Ridge Branch Campus. |

This position develops relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other partners; represents the college at recruitment and community events; and collaborates with college departments to coordinate outreach initiatives. The recruiter also maintains recruitment activity data and must be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, maintain a flexible schedule, and travel frequently. |

Senior Advisor for Research and Innovation

| Through the Office of Research and Innovation, TBR turns data, research, and field-based learning into actionable information for system leaders, colleges, and partners. The office is organized around three interconnected labs: the Policy Lab, the Innovation Lab, and the Data Lab. Together, these labs support data-informed decision-making across the TBR system.
The Senior Advisor for Research and Innovation will manage a portfolio of ambitious, cross-functional projects focused on how TBR and its colleges understand, use, and share research and data. The Senior Advisor will serve as a convener, strategist, and program leader who can bring structure to complex challenges, engage stakeholders with different areas of expertise, and move important work from broad ideas toward shared solutions and sustained implementation.
This position may have the opportunity to work remotely within the state of Tennessee, with periodic visits to the TBR System Office (Nashville, TN) at the employee’s expense, and potential travel to TBR colleges in Tennessee. |
