| The Director of Culinary Arts is a 12-month faculty position that, in collaboration with the Dean and Campus Director, provides the vision and leadership required to realize the mission of the CULA program. Primary administrative responsibilities include program development/management, budget development/management, purchasing of supplies and materials, maintaining programmatic accreditation/external partnerships and providing operational supervision to full and part time faculty and staff in the department. Instructional responsibilities require a strong culinary and hospitality services skill set and the ability to teach students effectively in an instructional environment. |

| The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Knoxville is accepting applications for a part-time Substitute Adjunct Instructor who would work as needed in the Adult Education Program. This position is grant-funded.
This position provides instruction in adult education for the six educational functioning levels to students with varying academic levels. The instructor interacts with students and provides instructional and registration /intake-related services for potential and current students. |

| This is a full-time, academic year, faculty term appointment within the Department of Communications, Graphic and Fine Arts. The faculty member is responsible for the coordination, planning, preparation (develop curricula and instructional material; prepare course syllabi), presentation, and evaluation of classroom instruction and related activities. The faculty member is also responsible for performing assigned duties during the day, evening, or weekend on any Southwest Tennessee Community College campus as assigned.
At a minimum, the related activities include instruction; instructional counseling, academic advising, serving on various committees, participating in local, state, regional, and national professional activities and organizations. |
