Student Account Services Specialist Knoxville
The overall purpose of this job is to provide excellent customer service to students and other parties regarding account balances and accurately processing and receipting payments on customers’ accounts in accordance with TBR policy and state law. This includes maintaining and auditing information for student refund appeal forms submitted by students, determining eligible amounts and administering the State of Tennessee Dual Enrollment Lottery Scholarship program, determining fee waiver and exemption eligible amounts and posting to student accounts and maintaining records regarding payments.

The overall purpose of this job is to support the daily operations of the office of the vice president of External Affairs and provide administrative support for the External Affairs division, (Workforce & Community Development, the Foundation, Marketing and Communications, and Career Development). Position is primarily located on the Hardin Valley campus but may be asked to work from other campuses and sites where events are held.
Laboratory Technician I (Temporary Part-time) Knoxville
The overall purpose of this job is to manage and operate all science laboratories on campus. Main functions include preparing science experiments, as well as obtaining all supplies, materials, and equipment needed by the faculty and students in the laboratories through college channels, and setting these out in an orderly fashion. This includes such things as preparing chemicals, reagents, and solutions, growing plants, properly disposing of chemical and biohazard waste, updating SDS information and other safety protocols, maintaining a clean/safe environment in the laboratories, cleaning up after experiments, and making sure equipment is accounted for and in working order. Another responsibility is to communicate with the laboratory instructors to help with troubleshooting minor issues during class. As a member of a site campus, this person is expected to engage with the campus community at that site campus. All of these are done with a team attitude to the benefit of our students and the goals of our college.

Instructor 12 Month/Director of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Tenure Track) Gallatin
The Director is responsible for the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program which grants technical certificates. The Director will lead, supervise, manage, and implement all aspects of the program, including classroom and online course development and instruction, curriculum development, marketing, recruitment and advising of students, budgeting, and faculty supervision and support, and revision/modification of all program components as needed. Position includes teaching responsibilities, including clinical practicum and capstone courses. The Program Director holds a 12-month faculty position with release time each term based on the size of the program, as determined by the Dean and VPAA. This position is responsible for delivering quality instruction using integrative technologies. Faculty are expected to provide academic advising to students and participate in college, department, and community activities related to the College’s mission.
