Workforce and Career Development Assistant (Temporary Part-Time)

| The overall purpose of this job is to assist Workforce Development and Career Development in the coordination of career camps and recruitment activities for middle and high school students for advanced manufacturing and construction careers. Additionally, this position will work alongside Workforce Development and in collaboration with industry partners and instructors to conduct information sessions for high school students and their parents, provide career awareness, exploration, preparation, and training support services for pre-college and college student participants and refer them to labor market intermediary organizations for career guidance, preparation, and job placement services. Finally, this position is responsible for tracking participation in these activities and class placements (credit and non-credit) and program graduate job placements |
