| Manage Women’s Basketball program within confines set by Athletic Director, the NJCAA and the TCCAA rules. Assess student-athlete skills. Recruit student athletes motivated to graduate from Motlow State and be the best they can be both on and off the court. Ensure each student-athlete on the team is on a path to graduate, competes on the basketball court at the highest level, and ensure that each student-athlete remains financially and academically eligible to participate in athletics. |
