| This is a part-time, Adjunct Faculty position in the Natural Sciences Department.

The Adjunct Instructor is responsible for the coordination, planning, preparation, presentation, and evaluation of classroom instruction and related activities. The instructor is responsible for performing assigned teaching duties during the day, evening, or weekend on any Southwest Tennessee Community College campus. At a minimum, the related activities include instruction, academic advising, serving on various committees, and participating in professional activities and organizations.

Additionally, this position will work alongside Workforce Development and in collaboration with industry partners and instructors to conduct information sessions for high school students and their parents, provide career awareness, exploration, preparation, and training support services for pre-college and college student participants and refer them to labor market intermediary organizations for career guidance, preparation, and job placement services.
