| The Facilities Support Associate 4 performs building maintenance and related work as required in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, lighting, landscaping, painting, carpentry, and HVAC. During inclement weather events or emergency maintenance situations, facilities personnel may be called in to work outside of regularly scheduled work hours. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7.5 hours per day, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. with a fixed schedule to be set after employment begins. Some travel and work at satellite campuses may be required. |

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the Student Success Center, which is designed to provide holistic services from pre-enrollment to completion with a primary goal of increasing graduation rates. | This is a full-time, tenure-track faculty appointment within the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences. The faculty member is responsible for the coordination, planning, preparation (develop curricula and instructional material; prepare course syllabi), presentation, and evaluation of classroom instruction and related activities.
The faculty member is also responsible for performing assigned duties during the day, evening, or weekend on any Southwest Tennessee Community College campus as assigned. At a minimum, the related activities include instruction; instructional counseling, academic advising, serving on various committees, participating in local, state, regional, and national professional activities and organizations. |

| This faculty position supports the Architectural Design Technology program by delivering high-quality instruction, laboratory/studio experiences, and instructional materials that promote student learning and achievement of established outcomes. The role emphasizes curriculum development and continuous improvement aligned with industry standards; active participation in professional development, institutional service, and program assessment; collaboration with faculty, staff, industry partners, and advisory boards; engagement in accreditation and grant-related activities; support for student access and workforce development; shared responsibility for the operation and upkeep of classrooms, laboratories, and equipment; and active involvement in student recruitment and community outreach in support of the College’s mission. |

CRM Architect

| The CRM Architect will create and manage the CRM strategy and architecture used to coordinate processes and key operations that support TN eCampus enrollment and reporting, with a focus on streamlining operations and continuous improvement. This position reports to the Director of Technology, serving as a liaison between central office staff and various constituencies across the state. Specific responsibilities of this position also include: leading innovative projects using the client management technology, keeping records of meetings and attendance, documenting CRM process and procedural changes, keeping an up to date procedures manual for TN eCampus staff and partners, working with the Director of Technology and Digital Learning Collaborative leadership to identify areas for operations process improvement on a rotating calendar basis. |
