This is a part-time, temporary position reporting to the Registrar. The Records Clerk provides customer service to prospective and continuing students at Southwest and assists the Registrar in maintaining, reporting and processing student records. Complies with Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) in all duties; consistently follow Southwest Policies and approved work processes. Some travel between the two (2) main campuses and site locations is required. He/she may work evenings and weekends as needed.

The position supervises the regular, full-time Assistant Men’s Baseball Coach and reports to the Athletic Director, in the Division of External Affairs. This is a full-time, grant-funded position working under direct supervision of the Police Supervisor (Captain) and general supervision of the Associate Director of Public Safety. This position is designated to work at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology locations within Memphis. The Police Officer 1 investigates crimes and accidents, protecting faculty, staff, students, visitors, and property, facilities by law enforcement. He/she responds to calls for assistance including emergency crisis situations and provides other safety related services.
