| Dr. Alicia Hong at George Mason University Department of Health Administration and Policy (HAP) seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to work in the areas of behavioral clinical trials, digital health innovation, and personalized care in the context of aging and chronic conditions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to conduct multiple NIH- and NSF-funded research projects and to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of scientists at multiple universities. The fast-growing department will soon to be named the Department of Health Administration, Policy, and Informatics (HAPI) and hosts two PhD programs in Health Services Research and Health Informatics. The initial appointment is for a minimum of one year and is renewable for up to three years.
The Postdoctoral Fellow will receive the following training and mentorship:
1) Gain hands-on experience managing all phases of community-engaged digital health interventions, from design and implementation to evaluation and dissemination;
2) Lead first-author and co-author manuscripts from multiple ongoing research projects;
3) Develop competitive pilot and career development grants for NIH or NSF.
4) Guest lecture and support curriculum design in graduate-level courses. |
