The RN Clinical Specialist provides both direct patient care and clinical oversight at the MAP Manassas site, while supporting additional sites as needed. The RN Clinical Specialist serves as lead nurse and coordinates grant-funded initiatives including integration of nursing students into community-based practice experiences. Responsibilities include overseeing daily clinic nursing operations, implementing grant objectives, precepting BSN students, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality, interdisciplinary health care services. |
