Adjunct Faculty, Athletic Training Program Manassas, VA, Hybrid Eligible
The George Mason University College of Education and Human Development and its Athletic Training Program invites applications from highly qualified Adjunct Faculty to teach a variety of courses at the undergraduate and graduate level including the following: First Aid/CPR, Functional Anatomy, Orthopedic Evaluation, Pathopharmacology, and therapeutic interventions/exercise. Required Qualifications: • Master’s or doctorate degree in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Science or a related field; • Experience or proficiency in the instructional area of interest. Preferred Qualifications: • Athletic Training Board of Certification (BOC) certified or other relevant certification; • Commonwealth of Virginia Licensed as an athletic trainer or other health care provider; • University teaching experience; • Knowledge of Blackboard or other learning management systems; • Evidence of successful teaching a similar course.
Policy Program Coordinator, NSI Arlington, VA
The Policy Program Coordinator is responsible for the successful planning and coordination of NSI policy initiatives, events, publications, and other efforts. Policy Program Coordinator has the opportunity to work alongside NSI’s group of national security, foreign policy, and cyber and tech experts, as well as support the organization in Congressional and Executive branch engagement, and collaborate with leading private sector, nonprofit, and industry organizations and leaders.
