The Office Coordinator ensures a positive experience for CPH students and visitors by maintaining consistent front desk staffing in the Office of Student Affairs. This role is responsible for managing key administrative operations, including purchasing and budgeting for OSA, monitoring general email accounts, coordinating the academic actions process, collecting and reporting student data, and organizing graduation-related information. Additionally, the Coordinator supports OSA and CPH events and provides scheduling assistance to the Director of Student Success and other CPH Student Affairs faculty and staff. |
