Temp PT Research Analyst Arnold/Main Campus, Off Campus
The (Temporary) PT Research Analyst is responsible for supporting reporting and analytics functions of the Office of Planning, Research, and Institutional Assessment (PRIA). The position will analyze institutional data and respond to internal data requests and external reporting mandates. The position also works closely with the analytics team to provide support in data retrievals and programming for maintaining Tableau dashboards. Overall, the Research Analyst provides support for the College’s institutional research framework and reporting compliance.
Business Services Associate Arnold/Main Campus
The Business Services Associate provides fiscal support to the departments of the school of Continuing Education and Workforce Development to ensure accurate and timely posting of transactions to the general ledger. The Business Services Associate is responsible for purchasing, invoice processing, billing, p-card reconciliation and expense statement preparation for transactions originating in CEWD. The Business Services Associate is also responsible for CEWD adjunct faculty processes, including new hire document processing, placing faculty on the pay rate scale, issuing faculty contracts and processing contract adjustments
Assistant Dean, Nursing Arnold/Main Campus
The Assistant Dean, Nursing is responsible for the oversight and leadership of the Nursing department in the School of Health Sciences. The Assistant Dean will research, develop and maintain strategic partnerships, lead innovative efforts in the development and delivery of high quality curriculum, manage and supervise faculty and staff, ensure that appropriate and equity-based enrollment, retention, and completion benchmarks are set and met, and oversee department budgets. The Assistant Dean establishes a culture of continuous improvement through course/program learning outcomes assessment, curriculum development and revision, and through outreach to ensure that academic pathways to and from each program in the SHS is seamless to and transparent for students.
Dental Hygiene Clinical Coordinator Arnold/Main Campus
In collaboration with the DHY program director, the clinical coordinator oversees the clinical instruction in the Dental Hygiene (DHY) program at Anne Arundel Community College (AACC), to include but not limited to teaching and supervising students in the AACC Dental Clinic, reviewing course content, and scheduling. The clinical coordinator coordinates the clinic’s day to day operations to include but not limited to communicating with faculty, staff, students and the community, coordinating and supervising students in the dental clinic, overseeing the implementation of patient care, generating reports, ensuring all clinic equipment is serviced, repaired and working properly, and maintains equipment repair logbook and clinic manuals. The clinical coordinator actively engages with students and participants in events and orientations, assists in the coordination of program surveys, program and course level assessment, and program analysis and technology integration. The clinical coordinator communicates concerns about part-time faculty and/or student progress to the DHY program director. Additional duties include but not limited to, instruction in a variety of formats including classroom, lab, the AACC Dental Clinic, special topics courses, on-line instruction and coordinating and providing tutoring. The clinical coordinator also assures compliance with college, program, CDC, OSHA standards, ADA guidelines, and accrediting agency standards. This is a staff position that requires an in-person presence. The clinical coordinator teaches 30 - 36 FLH in the DHY curriculum per academic year, including the summer term and for reporting purposes to the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) will be identified as faculty.
Part Time Faculty - Health, Fitness and Exercise Studies Arnold/Main Campus
Effectively teach a wide range of physical activity classes within health, fitness and exercise studies. Courses may include cardio fitness, HIIT, kettlebells, martial arts, yoga, golf or strength training. All courses are face-to-face. Pay rate is determined based on experience, certifications, and qualifications.
Part Time Faculty - Health, Fitness and Exercise Studies Arnold/Main Campus
Effectively teach health, fitness, exercise and kinesiology subject matter to undergraduate students, including both Kinesiology majors and students across disciplines as part of Wellness General Education requirements. Courses may be face-to-face, live virtual, online or hybrid format, depending on the courses taught. Possible subjects include personal fitness, kinesiology, First Aid/CPR, community health, women's health, sports studies, and stress management. Pay rate is determined based on experience, certifications, and qualifications.

Director of Dental Education Arnold/Main Campus
The Director of Dental Education is responsible for the overall planning, development, and implementation of the Dental Hygiene (DH) program curriculum, including but not limited to, providing oversight of the Dental Lab and Clinic and provides administrator support to the Dental Assisting (DA) Program. Administrator support to the DA program includes but is not limited to faulty recruiting and vetting, developing a collative lab and clinic usage schedule, budget review and course coverage. The Director is responsible for serving as an instructor in the program, annually teaching three faculty load hours in each semester of the program. In addition, the Director is responsible for ensuring that the program is in full compliance with the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) standards; curriculum development, revision and oversight, faculty recruitment and supervision, for preparing and administering the program budget; for recruiting potential applicants, implementing program admissions policies and procedures; and assuring adequate student to faculty ratios in both labs and clinic. This position is a full-time staff position that requires on-campus presence M-F during college operating hours width the possibility of weekend and evening hours
Administrative Coordinator, Dental Hygiene Program Arnold/Main Campus
The Dental Hygiene (DHY) Program Administrative Coordinator provides support services for the School of Health Sciences’ (SHS) Dental Hygiene program, including but not limited to, supporting educational and clinical operations and ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically, work independently and collaboratively. Key responsibilities include but not limited to overseeing the management of clinic appointments and patient records, handling patient billing, data tracking, assisting in the development and implementation of clinic policies and procedures and acting as the first point of contact for the DHY program. The position is in-person M-F during SHS and Dental Clinic operational hours, some weekend and evening hours and supports other administrative offices as needed.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, including data entry and advanced database management.
