The engagement and operations technician assists in recruitment, enrollment, retention, and operations support for the grant-funded GenCyber program. Responsibilities include facilitating program and course enrollment activities, engaging with Middle School students and their parents in the application process, and assisting with student retention and pre- and post-camp activities. The day camp takes place at the end of June, and the person in this position will assist with camp preparation and operations. |

The Instructional Support Center Assistant is responsible for the audit and enforcement of best practices and compliance standards related to section creation, modification and cancellation for courses and programs offered by departments in the School of Continuing Education and Workforce Development (CEWD). This includes ensuring section information and setup complies with MHEC standards for hours and FTE collection whenever a section is proposed or modified by a department staff member. This position also works with department staff and the CEWD Business Services team to manage instructor assignments and grade postings. The Assistant works with students, faculty, vendors, staff, and senior administrators.
This position typically reports to an Assistant Director, Manager, or Director. |

The Dental Lab Assistant assists the instructional staff in implementing clinical skill competencies; actively participates in clinical evaluation and supervision of skills/simulation experience, and evaluation of student achievement including formative and summative evaluation. Primary functions include: working directly with students individually or in small groups to reinforce subjects initially introduced by the teacher in clinical areas; observing students and assessing their progress; setting and reinforcing objectives for students; having a strong understanding of the topics to be taught; ongoing mentoring and attention to the continued needs of the students and preparing students to sit for the Dental Assisting National Board Radiation Health and Safety certification exam. |
