| The Site Coordinator provides support for English Language Learning and Adult Education, and CNA courses held at BWMC. Specific duties include assisting students and part-time faculty with the badging and check in/out process, ensuring that all course materials are placed in each room prior to the start of class, assisting with basic AV and technical needs, ensuring that the rooms are cleared of course materials and reset at the end of each class, conducing student outreach, and liaising with BWMC staff. |

| The Laboratory & Simulation Coordinator (LSC) is responsible for the coordination and efficient operations of the School of Health Sciences labs and Simulation Center. This includes but not limited to monitoring lab accounts and grants, purchasing supplies and equipment for labs and Simulation Center, maintaining records for purchasing, maintaining medical supplies and equipment inventories, maintenance and repair of equipment and ensuring clean, safe, and functioning labs. Responsibilities also include resource management, standard operational procedures, and preparation for accreditation reports and site visits. The LSC coordinates and maintains the health sciences laboratory and Simulation Centers schedules which includes responsibility for the School’s Standardized Patient program, and works collaboratively with the Laboratory Services Technicians, Simulation Technicians and Manager of Laboratory and Simulation Education. Researches, develops, updates, collaborates, and refines lab content for health science programs based on student and faculty needs and reflective of current practice standards. Serves as the first point of contact in the absence of the Manager of Laboratory and Simulation Education (MLSE). |
