The CMHC program, housed within Elon University’s School of Health Sciences, emphasizes ethical and culturally responsive practice, addiction and trauma counseling, integrated care, and experiential learning—reflecting Elon University’s mission of engaged, student-centered education. This is an 11-month position. Candidates can be considered for either a tenure-track or non-tenure-track position, depending on their experiences and qualifications. Slate Captain for Undergraduate Admissions

| The Slate Captain is responsible for overseeing the university's customer relationship management system (CRM), Slate. This position is responsible for working with divisional leadership to build and enhance data-driven admissions CRM processes, resources, and recruitment tools. Additionally, this position collaborates with Territory Managers, the Campus Visit team, and Admissions Records Department to leverage Slate to meet annual enrollment goals. The Slate Captain is also responsible for working with the Director of Communications for Undergraduate Admissions to deliver the prospective student communication flow outlined by the Vice President for Enrollment and/or Dean of Undergraduate Admissions and organizing the annual updates of communication rules. Lastly, this role provides leadership in updating and maintaining all undergraduate admissions, scholarship, and special program application platforms. |

Assistant Director for Online Communications and Content Strategy

| The Assistant Director for Online Communications and Digital Content Strategy is a member of the Office of University Communications responsible for improving the quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of Elon University’s public-facing websites. In collaboration with Online Communications staff and campus partners, this role helps plan and create new department and program websites by shaping content strategy and utilizing the CMS, templates, and design elements to build engaging, brand-aligned pages. The position also supports ongoing content reviews, SEO enhancements, and ADA compliance efforts, and provides training and support for CMS users across campus. Strong coordination with web design, development, and communications colleagues ensures a consistent, user-centered digital experience. (Please note, this is not a full-time remote position.) |
