Coordinator of Annual Giving Elon University Campus
As the Coordinator of Annual Giving, you play a crucial role in achieving the fundraising and engagement goals of the Annual Giving and larger University Advancement team. Your primary responsibilities involve fostering relationships with a designated portfolio of alumni to encourage their involvement and philanthropic contributions, managing donor events, volunteer peer agents, and spearheading monthly departmental outreach. In this role, no two days are the same. Co-leading donor events, volunteer peer agents and motivating personal outreach from departmental and divisional partners will require your enthusiasm and consistency. Additionally, you will build strong connections with a portfolio of alumni, inspiring their philanthropic engagement with their alma mater. This role provides the opportunity for travel to alumni cities of work and/or residence to conduct meetings focused on garnering leadership-level support. In the context of the Boldly Elon strategic plan, you will actively engage with alumni to shape the future of their alma mater and garner their continued support. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Annual Giving and Leadership Giving Officer, you will collaboratively strive to meet ambitious goals and cultivate significant campus and divisional partnerships.
Program Assistant, Elon in DC Elon University Campus
This position will report to the Director of Study USA and provide on-the-ground support for students participating in Study USA Washington, D.C., a summer program based in Washington, D.C. The role serves as the secondary point of contact for student assistance and program coordination. In addition, the position supports alumni engagement and collaborates with the Student Professional Development Center (SPDC) to facilitate networking opportunities for students and alumni in the Washington, D.C. area.  The 10-week program runs from May 26 to August 1, 2026, with the candidate living full-time in Washington, DC, from May 24 to August 1. Evening and weekend work is required. This position is also required to assist the D.C. faculty director and the Study USA director in creating a robust program calendar for students, starting February 2nd (virtually).

The Assistant Director of Career Services for Study USA and International Students plays a pivotal role in supporting Elon University’s Study USA program and international student career support. Reporting to the Director of Internships for Elon College, the College of Arts and Sciences, this role combines individualized career advising, program management, curriculum design, and cross-campus collaboration to ensure students are prepared for meaningful internships and employment opportunities. As a collaborative partner across campus, the Assistant Director serves as the SPDC liaison to the Global Education Center (GEC) and works in partnership with Elon’s National Campus Programs, providing career support to both international students and all students enrolled in our Study USA programs.
Student Success Coach Elon University Campus
Student Success Coaches play a pivotal role in achieving Elon’s student retention, persistence, and graduation goals. By fostering strong interpersonal relationships and implementing data-informed interventions, Success Coaches encourage each student’s retention and persistence to graduation while enhancing each student’s holistic academic, social, and personal success. Success Coaches report directly to the Assistant Dean for Student Success and Retention while providing secondary support (and reporting) to the Executive Director of Elon’s Koenigsberger Learning Center.
Director of Partnership Development Elon University Campus
Director of Partnership Development (DPD) Working within the Elon Department of Engineering, the Director of Partnership Development (DPD) plays a critical role in enabling the growth of Elon Engineering’s industry-sponsored programs and establishing partnerships that align value creation and learning. The DPD supports the execution of Elon’s strategic plan by creating opportunities for students to engage in impact-centered educational experiences, including the Senior Projects in Elon Engineering Design (SPEED) as well as new programs that are currently at the inception or prototype stage. The DPD’s responsibilities include the full cycle of business development, project development, and partner relationship management. Many responsibilities involve interactions with faculty, students, and staff in other areas of Elon University, as well as external constituents of various kinds (e.g., alumni, non-profit organizations, municipalities and educators at other institutions). These responsibilities will vary over time in response to opportunities and needs with a growing student population.

The role serves as the secondary point of contact for student assistance and program coordination. In addition, the position supports alumni engagement and collaborates with the Student Professional Development Center (SPDC) to facilitate networking opportunities for students and alumni in the NYC area. The 10-week program runs from May 24 to Aug 1, 2026, with the candidate living full-time in NYC from May 26 to Aug 1. Evening and weekend work are required. This position is also required to assist the NYC faculty director and the Study USA director in creating a robust program calendar for students, starting February 2nd (virtually). The program assistant is housed with the program participants in a residence hall. A NYC OMNY transportation card is provided for the duration of the program. Mandatory training in Elon’s Student Life, Student Care and Outreach, Title IX, the Clery Act, and Inclusive Excellence policies and protocols is provided before the program’s start date. This position is compensated and includes free NYC housing.

The Dean of Student Health and Well-Being provides visionary, strategic leadership for student learning, welfare, and well-being, which includes the supervision and success of the following departments and functions: Campus Recreation, Counseling Services, Health Promotion, Student Health Services, supervision of the HealthEU Building management, student compliance with health insurance and immunization requirements, and co-leading the HealthEU Council. Assistant Director of Financial Aid Elon University Campus
The Assistant Director of Financial Aid is responsible for counseling undergraduate students across all levels of financial need, evaluating and packaging financial aid accordingly. A primary focus of this role is the assessment of students whose FAFSA Student Aid Index (SAI) exceeds the Cost of Attendance (COA). The Assistant Director meets with students and families to provide guidance on financial aid options and strategies for financing their education. Additional responsibilities include supporting the student loan process and serving as a backup to the Associate Director for Athletic Aid Administration.
