Chief of Campus Safety and Police Elon Main Campus
Reporting to the vice president for finance and administration, the chief of campus safety and police provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the university’s comprehensive public safety and police functions. The chief directs and supervises all 24/7 operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and service-oriented environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. A central focus of the role is advancing a community policing philosophy through visible engagement and strong partnerships with all students, faculty, staff, campus stakeholders, and local law enforcement agencies. The chief also provides leadership for campus security infrastructure, including surveillance, access control, and related technologies, ensuring alignment with evolving safety needs. This position oversees all aspects of departmental operations, including patrol, investigations, communications, parking enforcement, and event security. The chief is responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and strategic plans aligned with institutional priorities and accreditation standards. This role also leads the recruitment, development, and evaluation of personnel, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement. The chief leads a staff of 42, including North Carolina state-certified sworn officers, non-sworn community service officers, dispatch, and administrative personnel, and manages a budget exceeding $4 million. The department operates as a North Carolina-certified law enforcement agency under G.S. 74G and maintains accreditation through the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA) and the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA). Additionally, this position ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, including oversight of Clery Act requirements, crime statistics reporting, and records management. The chief collaborates with the dean of the Elon University School of Law and contracted security providers to ensure safety at the Greensboro campus and to oversee security operations in Charlotte. In partnership with institutional leadership, the chief also supports planning related to the merger with Queens University of Charlotte.

Art Department Studio Manager Elon Main Campus
The Art Department Studio Manager will be responsible for supporting the operation and safety of departmental studio facilities. The role centers on the Ceramics studio while also providing oversight across painting, drawing, photography, and digital art. The position will assist faculty and students with day-to-day studio needs, coordinate equipment maintenance and safety compliance, and supervise departmental work-study students.
Coordinator for Application Processing Elon Main Campus
The Coordinator of Application Processing is a 9.5 month position (August-mid May) that supports the processing of undergraduate admission applications and assists with the daily coordination of student employees who help manage application materials. This position is responsible for accurately reviewing and entering application data, maintaining records in Slate and related systems, resolving routine discrepancies, and ensuring materials are processed in a timely manner. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting established deadlines in a busy office environment. This position also supports the recruitment, training, and supervision of student staff by providing guidance, assigning daily tasks, and monitoring completion of work. The Coordinator of Application Processing communicates regularly with the supervisor regarding workflow progress and operational needs and remains open to learning new systems and tools that improve efficiency. The role contributes to a collaborative team environment and provides additional support during peak processing periods and admissions events.
Associate Director, Student Financial Services Elon Main Campus
The Associate Bursar reports directly to the University Bursar and works as an integral part of a team to ensure compliance with university, state, and federal regulations governing student billing and payments including federal loans. This position will collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments, and programs, including Financial Aid and Accounting. This position serves as the principal reconciler with receivables and other deposits to the bank. Other responsibilities include processing all electronic payments, institutional loan programs, and audit assistance. This position supports third party billing and payment plan software as well as serves as primary liaison for PCI requirements and electronic deposits through gateways such as PayPal.
Dean of Admissions Queens Campus - Charlotte

Executive Assistant Elon - Greensboro Campus
The executive assistant to the Deans and Faculty at the Elon University School of Law will provide administrative support to the Dean, Vice Dean and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, as well as providing clerical and administrative support to faculty. Support for the Deans will include coordinating calendars, travel arrangements, operations of the Deans Suite including providing information to callers, composing correspondence, routing incoming and outgoing mail, and providing general support of events such as graduation, convocation, advisory board, administrative retreats and faculty meetings. Support for faculty members will include general clerical support and assistance with class preparation, presentations, travel arrangements, reimbursements and other administrative tasks. The executive assistant will interact with the public and students as a representative of the dean’s office, law school and university.
Director of Development – Elon College, the College of Arts and Sciences Elon Main Campus
The Director of Development for Elon College, the College of Arts & Sciences is responsible for leading and managing development activities within the Elon College. The director manages a portfolio of university constituents – alumni, parents, and friends – who have connections to Elon College, the College of Arts & Sciences, helping to increase engagement and philanthropy, particularly at the leadership annual giving level. Reporting directly into University Advancement, this position works closely with the Dean of Elon College, the College of Arts & Sciences and University Advancement leadership to ensure appropriate coordination efforts within the College and across the University.
Deputy Chief of Staff Elon - Charlotte Campus
The Deputy Chief of Staff serves as a key leader in the President’s Office, supporting the Chief of Staff and President in advancing institutional priorities and working closely with the Board of Trustees. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, this position plays a critical role in coordinating Elon University’s engagement with members of the Board, constituencies, partners, and operations in the Charlotte region while maintaining close collaboration with the President’s Office in Elon. The Deputy Chief of Staff provides high-level support for administrative functions within the President’s Office, coordinates cross-divisional projects, provides support for the Board of Trustees, and ensures effective engagement across university divisions and external partners. The role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and collaborative skills to represent the President, the Chief of Staff and the university across a range of settings. Travel between Charlotte and the university campus in the Town of Elon for significant engagements (approximately twice per month) is expected. The custodian position is responsible for helping maintain a clean and safe environment of all inside spaces which include Residential housing, Academic buildings, Athletic facilities, Student centers and dining locations for Elon University Campus. This includes, but not limited to, maintain and cleaning equipment, the cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms, vacuuming floors, and removing all trash from the premises, cleaning of biohazards and high touch areas. Custodians are also responsible for monitoring special events and athletic games across campus making sure areas are clean and sanitized during events.
Academic Accommodation & Accessibility Fellow Elon Main Campus
The Office of Academic Accommodations and Accessibility (AAA) is pleased to announce a Fellowship opportunity beginning July 13, 2026. The AAA Fellow collaborates with members of the AAA team and other staff within the Koenigsberger Learning Center (KLC) to ensure students with disabilities receive appropriate accommodations and support services as required by law. First-Year Experience (FYE) Fellow Elon Main Campus
The Elon 1010 First-Year Seminar Program is pleased to announce a First-Year Experience (FYE) fellowship position to begin July 13, 2026. Elon 1010: The First-Year Advising Seminar is a nationally recognized signature FYE program at Elon, offered through a 1-credit hour, first-year seminar course designed on a foundation of holistic academic advising. Located in the Koenigsberger Learning Center (KLC), Elon 1010 works with new students until they declare a major, partners with students, faculty, and staff across campus to help clarify academic policies, and advises all students on appropriate resources for successful and timely degree completion. The FYE Fellow appointed to this temporary, 10-month position, will primarily assist with aspects of the Elon 1010 program related to first-year experience, academic advising/success coaching, peer education, and assessment within the KLC. The Fellow appointed to this role will have an opportunity to renew the fellowship for a second and final year.

Dispatcher (Nightshift) Elon Main Campus
Work involves receiving emergency and non-emergency calls, monitor alarms, monitor video surveillance systems, obtaining and relaying information, prioritizing calls for service, prioritizing alarm response and coordinating response procedures, dispatching appropriate public safety personnel, and maintaining public safety communications logs and databases. Employees are responsible for operating a host of complex telecommunications and computer equipment to include multi-line phones systems, multi-channel police consoles, two-way radios, emergency alert notification systems, video surveillance systems, and Division of Criminal Information (DCI) Terminals.
Community Service Officer Elon Main Campus
The primary purpose of the Elon University Campus Safety & Police Department is to protect life and property while maintaining an atmosphere conducive to the educational mission of the University. The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of security functions for the campus community. Patrol campus providing a security presence, lock/unlock doors for campus, respond to alarms for fires and other areas, enforce parking and perform as backup to Dispatch functions. Use problem-solving and communications skills to effectively dispatch officers for a multi-cultural and diverse campus population to resolve public safety issues.

Serves as a key leader and advisor on budgeting and cash management for the university. Leads the coordination of the annual budget process with many constituents including the University Budget Committee and budget managers. Director of Sports Medicine- Head Football Athletic Trainer Elon Main Campus
The Director of Sports Medicine – Head Football Athletic Trainer functions as a member of the Elon Sports Medicine Staff that is responsible for the day to day administration of healthcare, under the direction of the Team Physician and the Assistant AD for Sports Medicine, for Elon University student-athletes participating in intercollegiate athletics. This position is also the head athletic trainer for football and responsible for providing injury/illness prevention, immediate care, examination, assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention for football student-athletes participating in the intercollegiate athletics program and enforces health care policies and procedures regarding medical insurance, physical examinations, and related activities for student-athletes. The Director of Sports Medicine monitors the day to day activity in one of the three athletic training rooms to ensure all modalities and equipment are functioning and assist the Assistant AD of Sports Medicine in the mentorship of Assistant Athletic Trainers. The Director of Sports Medicine follows risk management processes and communicates with parents, coaches, health care professionals, administrators, faculty, and student-athletes. This position provides health care services specifically to the football team and in general to all student-athletes. The Director of Sports Medicine manages and provides oversight to all insurance processing and needs within the department.
Assistant Director of Student Engagement and Events – Love School of Business Elon Main Campus
The Assistant Director of Student Engagement and Events provides leadership and coordination for high-impact student engagement initiatives and signature events within the Love School of Business. This position is responsible for the coordination of several special cohort programs, the Business Fellows program and the Humanity in Business Leaders 3+Co-op program. In addition, the Assistant Director oversees planning and execution of a broad portfolio of LSB events and manages student engagement software. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Student Success and Faculty Development, the Assistant Director serves as a key partner in advancing the Love School of Business’s strategic priorities related to student engagement and experiential learning.
