The custodian position is responsible for helping maintain a clean and safe environment of all inside spaces which include Child Care Facilities, Residential housing, Academic buildings, Athletic facilities, Student centers and dining locations for Elon University Campus. This includes, but not limited to, maintain and cleaning equipment, the cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms, vacuuming floors, and removing all trash from the premises, cleaning of biohazards and high touch areas. Custodians are also responsible for monitoring special events and athletic games across campus making sure areas are clean and sanitized during events.
Assistant Athletics Director for Events, Facilities, & Capital Projects Elon University Campus
This Assistant Athletics Director for Events, Facilities, & Capital Projects oversees all aspects of event management and monitors all athletics facilities recommending repair, renovation, and maintenance needs. Management responsibilities include supervision, training, hiring, and scheduling of full-time, part-time and student employees serving at the facilities in both daily and event positions, overseeing daily team usage of the facilities, and managing event coordination for athletic games and special events at the facilities. Assists with capital projects and construction planning for athletics facilities.
Assistant Director of Regional Alumni Engagement Elon University Campus
The Assistant Director of Regional Alumni Engagement is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision of Elon's 30+ alumni-led regional chapters. The Assistant Director will lead the Coordinator of Regional Alumni Engagement in setting and managing both annual goals and long-range plans for regional engagement. In addition to larger goal-setting, the Assistant Director will be responsible for the direct management of a portion of Elon's alumni-led regional chapters. This includes, but is not limited to, planning and implementing events, creating communications to alumni constituents, recruiting, training, and sustaining new and returning alumni volunteers and serving as a liaison and manger for chapter leadership. This position reports to the Senior Director of Alumni Engagement.

Assistant Athletics Director for Development Elon University Campus
The Assistant Athletic Director for Development will play a critical role in helping the athletic department meet all fundraising goals with a specific focus on Men’s and Women’s Basketball. This position has oversight of annual giving and donor engagement on behalf of the athletics development team in addition to carrying a donor portfolio with specific fundraising goals, metrics, and objectives. This oversight includes and is not limited to annual giving, stewardship, general engagement, communications, and stewardship efforts. This position will play a critical role in helping the athletics development team hit and exceed annual and long-term fundraising objectives including cash and pledge production goals, donor acquisition and retention targets, implementation of new engagement and revenue generation opportunities, cultivation of former student-athlete and student-athlete parent constituencies, and more.

This work includes identifying, qualifying, quantifying, and profiling corporations, foundations, and individuals.
