Assistant Director for Online Communications and Web Design Elon University Campus
The Assistant Director for Online Communications and Web Design plays a key role in creating accessible, engaging web experiences for Elon University. This position collaborates with campus partners to design visually effective, user-focused websites using WordPress, and provides creative leadership for the university’s overall web design system. The role emphasizes visual consistency, accessibility, and thoughtful content presentation to support both new site creation and ongoing digital enhancements. Key areas of responsibility include page-level layout design, site-wide visual direction, CMS development collaboration, campus partner support, accessibility leadership, and quality assurance. (Please note, this is not a full-time remote position.)
Assistant Director for Online Communications and Content Strategy Elon University Campus
The Assistant Director for Online Communications and Digital Content Strategy is a member of the Office of University Communications responsible for improving the quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of Elon University’s public-facing websites. In collaboration with Online Communications staff and campus partners, this role helps plan and create new department and program websites by shaping content strategy and utilizing the CMS, templates, and design elements to build engaging, brand-aligned pages. The position also supports ongoing content reviews, SEO enhancements, and ADA compliance efforts, and provides training and support for CMS users across campus. Strong coordination with web design, development, and communications colleagues ensures a consistent, user-centered digital experience. (Please note, this is not a full-time remote position.)
Part time weekend custodian Sat and Sun 3pm-11:30pm Elon University Campus
The custodian position is responsible for helping maintain a clean and safe environment of all inside spaces which include Residential housing, Academic buildings, Athletic facilities, Student centers and dining locations for Elon University Campus. This includes, but not limited to, maintain and cleaning equipment, the cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms, vacuuming floors, and removing all trash from the premises, cleaning of biohazards and high touch areas. Custodians are also responsible for monitoring special events and athletic games across campus making sure areas are clean and sanitized during events.
Custodian 1st shift Monday-Friday 6am-3pm Elon University Campus

The Program Assistant serves as the central administrative support for the Department of Physician Assistant Studies at Elon University Charlotte. They are responsible for managing daily program operations, maintaining professional communications, overseeing budget and purchasing functions, coordinating events, and supporting faculty, staff and students. This position ensures the smooth, efficient, and professional functioning of the department and serves as a liaison between faculty, students, and university offices.
