Coordinating Producer, Elon Sports Vision

| The School of Communications Coordinating Producer guides students in live-event coverage of Elon Athletics through Elon Sports Vision (ESV), an organization for students in the School of Communications. Working with the faculty director of Elon Sports Vision, the Coordinating Producer will recruit, train, and provide feedback to students engaged in the creation of high-quality athletic video productions. The goal is to offer quality experiential learning opportunities for students and provide content for Elon Athletics’ FloSports channel, and School of Communications student television shows. The 12-month position reports to the Director of Technology, Operations and Multimedia Projects for the School of Communications. |

| The Dean of Student Health and Well-Being provides visionary, strategic leadership for student learning, welfare, and well-being, which includes the supervision and success of the following departments and functions: Campus Recreation, Counseling Services, Health Promotion, Student Health Services, supervision of the HealthEU Building management, student compliance with health insurance and immunization requirements, and co-leading the HealthEU Council. The Dean also initiates and maintains collaborative relationships with faculty and staff from across the campus and with parents, community members, and other stakeholders to foster a learning environment that promotes student success, health, and well-being. |

Financial Aid Communications Specialist

| This role serves as the primary point of contact for student and family communications within the Office of Financial Aid. Key responsibilities include coordinating follow-up communications from financial aid counselors, coordinating and implementing the annual review and updating of office forms, supporting loan processing, analyzing student files with no demonstrated financial need, and performing general administrative duties to support office operations. |

Assistant Athletics Director for Development

| The Assistant Athletic Director for Development will play a critical role in helping the athletic department meet all fundraising goals including specific unrestricted and sport-specific targets. This position will help to lead the strategy and development of enhanced annual, leadership annual, and major giving efforts that align with the fundraising goal and priorities within the Phoenix Rising strategic plan. Further, this position could include oversight of annual giving, stewardship, general engagement, communications, and stewardship efforts. This position will play a critical role in helping the athletics development team hit and exceed annual and long-term fundraising objectives including cash and pledge production goals, donor acquisition and retention targets, implementation of new engagement and revenue generation opportunities, cultivation of former student-athlete and student-athlete parent constituencies, and more. |

Assistant Director of Financial Aid

| The Assistant Director of Financial Aid is responsible for counseling undergraduate students across all levels of financial need, evaluating and packaging financial aid accordingly. A primary focus of this role is the assessment of students whose FAFSA Student Aid Index (SAI) exceeds the Cost of Attendance (COA). The Assistant Director meets with students and families to provide guidance on financial aid options and strategies for financing their education. Additional responsibilities include supporting the student loan process and serving as a backup to the Associate Director for Athletic Aid Administration. This position also acts as the university liaison to Tuition Exchange, Inc., managing related communications and processes. |
