Admissions Counselor Elon Main Campus
Recruits prospective first-year students, with particular emphasis on those from assigned territory, through the preparation and execution of independent travel including visits to high schools, college fairs, and individual student and family meetings. Manages the application review and decision-making process for territory and communicates with high school constituents as appropriate. Conducts information sessions in support of the campus visit program and meets with visiting students and parents as necessary. Responsible for conducting yield outreach to students and families, including but not limited to the hosting of events, meetings on and off campus, and phone and email campaigns. Responds to written, phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
Senior Philanthropic Advisor - NYC Elon Main Campus
Elon University seeks a strategic, experienced and aspirational Senior Philanthropic Advisor for principal and major gifts to join its advancement and external affairs team. This is a new role within Elon’s advancement and external affairs team. Over the last few decades, the University’s advancement apparatus has grown and become increasingly sophisticated in its approach and strategies as Elon’s profile has increased nationally. The Senior Philanthropic Advisor will join an advancement team that continues to better engage alumni, raise philanthropic resources, and compellingly narrate Elon’s story. They will join an advancement team, and moreover a University community, that is ambitious in its goals and highly collaborative in charting the next stages of Elon’s history. The position reports to the Associate Vice President for University Advancement, will engage and advise the Senior Vice President for University Advancement and External Affairs and the President of the University, will serve as a key senior member of advancement’s leadership team. The Senior Philanthropic Advisor will be an experienced philanthropic strategist and fundraiser who employes a donor-centric model to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit and steward gifts at the six-, seven-, and eight-figure level. As a front-line fundraiser, the Senior Philanthropic Advisor will maintain a portfolio of 100-125 prospective donors and will be expected to incorporate best practices of successful higher education gift offices. They will closely collaborate with leadership of University Advancement, including staff serving in major gift, planned giving, alumni engagement, parent engagement, research and prospect management roles.
Career Services Advising Fellow Elon Main Campus
The Career Advising Fellow is a full-time, one-year appointment (with the possibility to extend to two years) within Elon University’s Student Professional Development Center (SPDC), beginning in August 2026. Reporting to the Associate Director of Career Services for Pre-Professional Health and Health Professions Advising, the Fellow supports the SPDC’s mission to prepare students for meaningful professional lives through personalized advising, teaching, and programmatic initiatives with a primary focus on serving students in the School of Health Sciences. As an integral member of the SPDC team, the Fellow provides individual and group career advising, co-teaches career exploration courses, assists in event planning and marketing, and collaborates across campus to advance SPDC initiatives and support students in health professional training programs. The position offers a comprehensive introduction to the field of career services and higher education administration, with particular exposure to the unique needs of students pursuing careers in the clinical health sciences, while contributing to Elon’s nationally recognized model for student success. This position will regularly collaborate with faculty and staff in the School of Health Sciences, including the emerging Elon Charlotte Master of Physician Assistant Studies program. This 10-month, in-person position includes a $2,680 monthly stipend, on-campus housing, a meal plan, and full Elon University employee benefits, including health insurance, paid holidays, and vacation/sick leave.
Arborist Elon Main Campus
The Arborist position is responsible for the health and appearance of the trees on the Elon University campus. This is a skilled position which works with the other university arborists to maintain, prune, remove, transplant, and plants trees using horticultural and industry approved practices. They are also responsible for keeping the tree inventory up to date.
Head Women's Golf Coach Elon Main Campus
The Head Women's Golf Coach is responsible for the management and administration of all activities related to the women's golf program and exercises direct supervision of recruiting, training, and coaching student-athletes. The Head Women's Golf Coach is fully responsible for compliance with National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rules and regulations as well as Conference rules and University policies governing intercollegiate athletics.
