Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one technology assistance by phone, over Zoom/Teams, and in person as needed
- Assist full-time TTADA staff with creating and responding to support tickets
- Review and update existing resources including knowledgebase articles, tutorials, and other documentation
- Assist customers with audio and video recordings in TTaDA digital media studio
- Assist with captioning video files and creating accessible content as needed
- Maintain a high level of professional competency
- Deal with sensitive situations and information in a confidential manner
- Other duties assigned
Required Competencies
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
Minimum Requirements
- • Well-developed computer skills, including multimedia experience
• Customer Service experience
• Experience with Microsoft applications
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

Preferred Qualifications
- • Teaching, tutoring experience, and/or training experience
• Experience writing documentation
• Experience with Blackboard Ultra, YuJa, Zoom, Teams, Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Camtasia
