Senior Associate Dean and Nurse Administrator	Main Campus, Oklahoma City
The Senior Associate Dean and Nurse Administrator provides academic and administrative leadership for the Kramer School of Nursing and serves as the designated Nurse Administrator for purposes of ACEN accreditation and Oklahoma Board of Nursing program approval. Reporting directly to the Dean of the College of Nursing and Health Professions, the Senior Associate Dean holds the authority and accountability required of the Nurse Administrator under Oklahoma Board of Nursing rules, including direct responsibility for administration of the School’s nursing education program, preparation and administration of the School budget, implementation of faculty development programs, and recommendation of qualified faculty for appointment, promotion, tenure (if applicable), and retention. As a senior member of college leadership, the Senior Associate Dean and Nurse Administrator works collaboratively with the Dean in providing strategic and operational direction for the College.
