| Didactic Coordinator for the Physician Assistant Program will provide administrative support to 6-7 faculty members, and the Didactic Director, involved in the classroom phase of the PA curriculum. Support includes creating, posting, evaluating, coordinating exams; scheduling, coordinating and scheduling student exercises, assisting in standardized patient training and onboarding; on boarding new students, verifying new student requirements, enrollment of students in the didactic phase courses, creating and input data in to tracking sheets, and tracking student academics and behavioral requirements; gathering, analyzing, and reporting data to faculty, the Didactic Director, Director of Assessment, and the Program Direction. Support to students include, providing course grades, concentration grade tracking and providing bimonthly report cards, tracking behavioral concerns, first line support for ExamSoft, D2L, enrollment, and academic hold issues.
