The Carlsbad Environmental Monitoring & Research Center (CEMRC) is looking for an Assistant Manager, Facilities to be our go-to person for all things facility-related.
In this hands-on role, you'll be the main point of contact for repairs and issues, supporting both CEMRC employees and external personnel. You'll tackle a variety of tasks, from non-licensed repairs to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, to maintaining boilers, chillers, fume hoods, and more. You'll also handle routine upkeep like painting, light bulb replacement, and grounds maintenance, as well as pest control. |
