The opportunity:
We are currently seeking compassionate Home Care Workers to deliver personalised, flexible, and high-quality support to people living in the community. There are multiple part-time roles available, with shifts available Monday to Friday, perfect for maintaining work-life balance.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and support aligned with individual care plans
- Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, transportation, respite, and social support
- Maintain privacy, dignity, and professionalism in all interactions
- Use first aid in emergency situations (within scope)
- Maintain accurate care records and report incidents/hazards
What you’ll need:
- Applicants must have the right to work in Australia to apply
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or currently working towards it)
- A genuine passion for helping others with compassion and empathy
- Understanding of Consumer Directed and Person-Centred Care principles
- A current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a registered, comprehensively insured vehicle
- Strong communication skills, teamwork and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable using mobile technology for work tasks
