Serves as a key point of contact for the office with various constituencies in person and by telephone and/or email. The position will provide administrative support for the professional staff of the Office of Advancement and Alumni Engagement; provide support for and during special events and activities sponsored by the offices, and provides administrative support for frontline fundraising staff, alumni engagement staff, and the Alumni Association and its Board of Directors. The position will also be responsible for assisting the Executive Assistant with budget maintenance and accounts payable. |

COE Makerspace Student Aid

Makerspace Student Aides (members of the Maker Squad) will support COE students and faculty by staffing the Makerspace during open hours and providing training on various technologies. |
Grounds Assistant

The Grounds Assistant helps maintain the museum grounds and gardens, and assists with routine building repairs and upkeep. |
Accounts Payable Manager

Independently manage and lead the University's fast paced decentralized accounts payable function including all annual filings with IRS for 1099 and 1099K's. Develop and administer policies and procedures to ensure the University achieves the Commonwealth management standards annually. Prepare audit work papers and oversee AP reviews and audits. Prepare responses to audit findings. Provide the University with expertise regarding standards and regulations with regard to accounts payable by interpreting regulations and communicating with the campus. Assist in the management of Commonwealth financial resources. Work with Finance, Procurement, Business Services and other units to provide uniform, cohesive and efficient processes for the University. |
