Development Coordinator, Advancement Events Denton
The Development Coordinator, Advancement Events, provides essential administrative and operational support to the Office of Advancement Events within the Department of Alumni Engagement. This role enhances the execution of high-impact engagement experiences by streamlining event operations, tracking event budgets, processing payments, coordinating procurement, and finalizing post-event reporting. By reinforcing the work of the Director of Advancement Events and two Assistant Directors, this position increases the speed and efficiency with which the office delivers a large volume of events that engage alumni, donors, and the broader UNT community. The role also plays a key part in resource stewardship, reducing waste spending, and ensuring accurate reporting and accountability across all advancement events.
