| The Development Coordinator, Advancement Events, provides essential administrative and operational support to the Office of Advancement Events within the Department of Alumni Engagement. This role enhances the execution of high-impact engagement experiences by streamlining event operations, tracking event budgets, processing payments, coordinating procurement, and finalizing post-event reporting.
By reinforcing the work of the Director of Advancement Events and two Assistant Directors, this position increases the speed and efficiency with which the office delivers a large volume of events that engage alumni, donors, and the broader UNT community. The role also plays a key part in resource stewardship, reducing waste spending, and ensuring accurate reporting and accountability across all advancement events. |
