Senior Transfer Navigator Denton
This position serves as the strategic team lead for recruiting and advising students on guided pathways to the University of North Texas (UNT), with a focus on admissions, degree planning, program requirements, and course scheduling. This position is responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality recruitment, admission, and advising initiatives for targeted student populations and academic transfer programs. Key responsibilities include leading and training transfer advisors, developing advisor training content, conducting quality assurance reviews, providing direct services to students, and managing retention efforts in collaboration with institutional partners to promote student academic success. The role also involves analyzing student academic data, preparing reports, and representing the university through presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Student Experience Representative, One Stop Frisco Frisco
The UNT One Stop provides holistic student support across enrollment and financial services functions within the Division of Enrollment. Our team members support students across various locations, modalities, including in-person, telephone, and virtual services (online chat and case management). The Student Experience Representative, UNT One Stop position will be housed at the Frisco campus and provides direct assistance to students, families, and customers in support of a progressive and simplified student experience. The position will guide students through processes related to admissions, enrollment, financial aid, student accounts, and financial literacy, proactively solving complex situations through direct intervention and collaboration across teams, departments, and divisions.
Title IX Coordinator Dallas
Serves as the UNT Dallas university official responsible for knowledge of Title IX regulations, OCR reporting requirements, and related federal compliance frameworks. responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and overseeing compliance with all aspects of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX), the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act (VAWA) and Campus SaVe Act. Skilled in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sensitive case data to produce accurate, timely compliance reports. Ability to maintain secure, detailed records and use data systems to monitor case progress, identify trends, and support institutional decision‑making. Proven capacity to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership while ensuring adherence to confidentiality and regulatory standards. Responsible for monitoring the ongoing publication of the university’s related regulations and policies, compliant investigation of complaints and overall activities for compliance with Title IX requirements; and assuring dissemination of the grievance procedure. While this position is hybrid, the majority of the work week will be present on-campus. The schedule is dependent on programming, events, training, etc., and will fluctuate as needed.

The Facilities Department at the University of North Texas Health Science Center is seeking to hire a Custodial Foreperson to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: Manage, train, and develop all Senior Custodians. Oversee daily sign in and nightly shift assignments. Distribute keys and maintain logs. Train and maintain use of PCard through the Concur Management System. Assist Manager with the development and maintenance of individual work schedules according to APPA standards. Supervise Senior Floor Technician through the floor care program. Distribute work order assignments. Ensure staff compliance with UNTHSC policies and regulations. Oversee building inspections and audit forms. Oversee distribution of custodial supplies. Assistant/Associate Professor Fort Worth
The Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the System College of Pharmacy (SCP) of UNT Health Fort Worth is seeking to hire a dynamic, innovative tenure-track or tenured Assistant-Associate-Full Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences with a background in Toxicology, Pharmacology, or Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics. The successful applicant will report to the Chair of the Department and will contribute to the development of the educational, research, and service programs of the College of Pharmacy. The successful applicant will provide expertise in teaching the foundational science aspects of the Doctor of Pharmacy curriculum in areas such as toxicology, pharmacology, and drug metabolism/pharmacokinetics. Candidates with background or expertise in immunology are of particular interest. The successful applicant will also conduct extramurally funded research and provide instruction and training to students and trainees through teaching in graduate educational programs and mentoring in research.
