Senior Design Specialist Denton
The Facilities Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Sr. Design Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: * Provide management oversight for all phases (programming, design construction) of the project, including coordinating consultants, contractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. * Prepares estimates, drawings, and specifications to be accomplished by Facilities personnel or by contract. * Work performed under the supervision of the Campus Planning Manager. * Oversight of team will include Student design assistant. Assignments are broad in nature and usually require creativity

This position performs routine (journeylevel) accounting work. Work involves maintaining, preparing, posting, and balancing accounting and financial statements, records, documents, or reports. May specialize in some phase of accounting work such as federal funds accounting, accounts receivable, cash management, property and equipment control, cost, or bond servicing. Works under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Senior Contract Analyst Denton
The Senior Contract Analyst plays a critical role in the triage, analysis, negotiation, and management of all research and sponsored program contracts processed by the Research Contracting unit. This position supports both the Division of Research and Innovation and university-wide contracting needs, ensuring timely and compliant execution of complex agreements. The Analyst will oversee negotiations for standard research contracts, maintain and optimize contract management databases, and collaborate closely with the existing Senior Contract Analyst and the Director of Research Contracts. Responsibilities include interpreting and negotiating contract language, disseminating key terms and conditions to stakeholders, and ensuring accurate entry of information into knowledge management systems. Given the evolving regulatory landscape, this role requires deep expertise in federal agency grant and contract regulations, as well as contract law. The addition of this position is essential to reduce delays, mitigate institutional risk, and support the university’s expanding research enterprise.
Parking Enforcement Specialist Dallas
This position is responsible for providing support and customer oriented services to Parking and Transportation Services. This position performs a variety of administrative support tasks that are non-routine and non-repetitive in nature, and require the use of independent judgment and initiative. Work includes public contact in interpreting Parking operational use guidelines, and rendering administrative decisions. Work is performed under general supervision, with assignments typically reflecting continuing responsibility for designated activities.
Director, Student Success Dallas
The Director of the Student Success Center and Testing Services oversees the student success coaching, the early alert program, and other specialized student programming in collaboration with other academic initiatives that promote student persistence and graduation. In addition, the Director guides the testing program to promote TSI college-readiness of new students and completion of college credit-by-exam, college and graduate school entrance exams, professional certification examination opportunities for students. Supervision includes professional staff, student paraprofessionals, and the TSI Liaison for campus. The Director of Student Success and Testing Services reports to the Assistant Provost in Academic Affairs.
