Adjunct faculty undertakes the divisional and professional responsibilities of a part-time faculty member, including office hours. The successful applicant will be expected to provide instruction for General Physics, Physics for non-science majors, Astronomy, and the associated labs. Most of these labs are offered in the afternoon or evenings. Instruction for science lecture courses (Earth Science, Environmental Science) for non-majors may also be possible.
