Receives and processes service requests with detail; creates and routes work orders. Responds to calls for emergency services; dispatches appropriate staff by phone or contacts the correct agency for response. Collects labor charges and billing receipts and closes work orders upon completion. Exhibits thorough knowledge of departmental policies and procedures and answers routine questions from office staff or clients. This position is considered essential personnel and may require working during bad weather events or outside regular hours as needed.
Supplier Management Specialist	Denton
The Supplier Management Specialist performs journey level supplier management work. Responsible for validating supplier information and creating and maintaining supplier database for Procurement. Aptitude for creating reliable lines of communication with Department personnel to ensure all supplier information is accurately reflected in our ERP system so that Supplier payments can be paid accurately and in line with State and University policies and guidelines.
