The Food Service Supervisor provides direct oversight for a designated retail dining location on the UNT campus. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective day-to-day operations of the unit, while upholding departmental policies, procedures, and service standards. The Food Service Specialist also plays a key role in mentoring and training new team members and student workers, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Process and monitor departmental purchases and inventories. Responsible for various transactional recordings in checkbook, statement reports and purchasing log. All other duties as assigned.

This position will be created and responsible for maintaining, preparing, posting and balancing accounting and financial statements, records, documents, or reports. This role will specialize in some phase of accounting work such as federal funds accounting, property and equipment control, cost, payroll, budgeting, bond servicing, cash or investments and all ITR reconciliations. This position will directly assist the ITR Deputy Director at a high level with all Institute financial operations.
