| To support the G. Brint Ryan College of Business by providing advanced academic counseling, career counseling, referrals and degree program advising to undergraduate business majors and prospective business majors in individual and group sessions. This includes the expertise to implement, develop and evaluate programs designed to increase student retention and participation in general degree advising activities (preparation of degree plans, evaluation of transcripts, processing graduation applications and community relations). This position may support leading and training advising staff. This position will also manage and lead Transfer Orientation processes and procedures. |

| This position is responsible for advising students on degree/program requirements and course scheduling. Maintains and updates student status records, transcript evaluations, degree plan audits, and graduation applications. Responsible for taking a leadership role in training and mentoring other advisors, participating in outreach/recruitment activities, managing special projects and/or serving as a subject matter expert on specialized majors, and determining how transfer credits apply toward degree requirements. |

Construction Project Manager

| This Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of schedules and specifications associated with building construction and equipment sourcing; will perform tasks related to the collection of cost data required to monitor project budget estimates. The Project Manager obtains, evaluates, coordinates, and distributes the information and authorizations necessary to construct the project on time, within budget, and to the quality specified. Responsible to protect and promote the University. |

Secondary Teacher Mentor

| The R3STEM Mentor coaches R3STEM Teaching Fellows and observes at least one time each during the Fall and Spring semesters. The R3STEM Mentor will provide mentoring to develop the dispositions, knowledge and skills required of novice teachers and conduct meetings with teachers and district personnel as needed. |
