Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents using Word, Excel, and other software. Answer and route phone calls, greet visitors, and manage correspondence. Attend meetings and record minutes; coordinate agendas, catering, and travel arrangements. Manage onboarding/offboarding, ePARs, payroll, and employee documentation in collaboration with HR. Order laboratory supplies and equipment, process procurement card requests and fixed assets. Assist with pre- and Post-Award administration, budget analysis, and financial reconciliation. Maintain records, databases, and general office operations. Perform other related duties as assigned to meet departmental needs. |
