Policy Director Denton
This position manages the University policy program. This includes daily management and process reviews of the University Policy Manual (UPM) website and the System policy repository. Daily tasks would include conducting end-to-end policy reviews according to the 6-year policy review cycle triaging policy issues, maintenance processes, and assisting with setting the strategic direction of the policy program under the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). This position collaborates with the University community on various policy matters, including establishing and maintaining relationships with various UNT offices, providing education and assistance as needed, policy benchmarking with outside organizations, and providing guidance on emerging policy trends.
Environmental Program Manager Denton
This position is responsible for the oversight and management of the University's environmental programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Programs of responsibility include, but are not limited to, air, wastewater, stormwater, spill control, underground/aboveground storage tanks, and hazardous waste management. This involves permitting activities, auditing, reporting, field work, training, and the ability to interact with outside regulatory agencies. The Environmental Program Manager must also be able to create, develop, and improve written policies, procedures, and manuals. As such, the position requires a broad understanding of environmental regulation, technical expertise, and the ability to work productively with a variety of people and departments across the UNT campus.
Receiving Specialist Denton
The Asset Management Receiving Specialist is responsible for the receiving, documentation, and inventory of all controlled and capital assets, as well as communicating with departments across multiple business units to establish delivery and inventory support. All UNT purchase orders pertaining to university assets must be received by a Receiving Specialist or other member of the Asset Management team. Therefore, this person must maintain current and operable knowledge of State law and university regulations pertaining to the documentation and monetary thresholds of capital/controlled assets. Proper record keeping and data-entry abilities are necessary for the update of inventory and financial records in the Enterprise Information System (EIS).

Director, Student Experience Operations (UNT One Stop) Denton
The Director of Student Experience Operations provides leadership for the execution, performance, and continuous improvement of the UNT One Stop’s multi-channel service delivery model. This role oversees a high-volume, multi-location customer service operation that delivers critical enrollment and financial services supporting Admissions, Financial Aid and Scholarships, Student Accounting, the Student Money Management Center, and all other general enrollment processes. The Director is responsible for ensuring that customer service delivery across in-person, virtual, and contact center environments is efficient, consistent, and aligned with institutional service standards. This position directly supports cross-functional service tied to key enrollment milestones, including application completion, financial aid and scholarship services, registration, billing, and payment, all of which are closely tied to student persistence and success. The Director partners closely with division and institutional partner offices to ensure student enrollment, financial services, and outreach are provided in a holistic manner. Reporting to the Senior Director of the UNT One Stop and also working closely with the Associate Vice President, the Director of Student Experience Operations serves as the primary operational leader responsible for workforce strategy and service delivery outcomes across all One Stop locations.
