Admissions Recruiter-Frisco	Frisco
The Office of Admissions, at the University of North Texas, is seeking to hire an Admissions Recruiter to assist in recruiting and admissions functions, under the direction of the Associate Director, Admissions Recruitment & Outreach. This position will operate at the University of North Texas at Frisco campus. This position is responsible for participation in all aspects of the outreach of high school and college students. This position will provide expertise to implement, develop, and evaluate new student enrollment initiatives for assigned student groups, developing recruitment strategies, assisting the department with strategic implementation of recruitment activities by identifying strong recruitment approaches and developing and executing new outreach programs. Work involves, but is not limited to; local travel, counseling and guidance of applicants for admissions, and rendering of directional services to high school and colleges in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, with the possibility of occasional overnight, in and out of state travel.

The University Transfer Advisor supports transfer pathway students throughout the transfer process from community colleges or other institutions into the university. This position provides personalized admission counseling, academic advising, transfer planning, and resource navigation to prospective students with a focus on transfer students and concurrent enrollment students. The navigator collaborates with institutional partners and may be located at partner campuses to ensure seamless transitions, promote student retention and success, and support institutional goals related to transfer pathways. The incumbent is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing QA/QI activities that support institutional compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations governing research, as well as lead initiatives aimed at continuous quality improvement for all areas of the department and the HSC research community, supporting a culture of research excellence and accountability. The QA/QI Manager will work closely with research teams, regulatory committees, and administrative departments to oversee compliance audits, risk assessments, and process improvements across research projects.
