| The Department of Medical Education and Health Systems Science is seeking a detail-oriented patient safety Administrative Specialist to provide outstanding administrative, and operations support to support the faculty teaching the Patient Safety Certification Course. Candidates in this role are expected to work the 12 two-week cohorts, 6 of which are back-to-back. Strong written and communication skills are required as you will be communicating with student doctors in the cohort regularly. You will be attending consultations with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and the Office of Certification regularly. Other duties include sending Zoom links for classes, checking Gradebook to ensure timely assignment submission, follow up with missing assignments, updating Canvas, inputting quizzes and other duties as required. Previous health care experience preferred. |
