Senior Director of Development, G. Brint Ryan College of Business Denton
The Senior Director of Development will work in consultation and in close coordination with the Executive Director of Development and the Ryan College of Business Dean to design and implement a comprehensive development program to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward prospects and donors for major gifts in support of college priorities. The Senior Director works in a collegial and supportive manner with colleagues and donors to maximize giving to the university and coordinates with UNT’s annual giving, corporate and foundation relations, and planned giving units. The Senior Director collaborates with UNT’s advancement services, donor relations, and communications teams to implement effective recognition and messaging. The Senior Director proactively supports the mission of the Division of University Advancement and is perceived to be an ambassador for the Division of University Advancement and the University as a whole.
Senior Administrative Specialist Denton
The Senior Administrative Specialist manages the administrative operations and customer related services of the Study Abroad Office. The position serves as the office manager responsible for the daily operations of the public facing office and supervision of the student staff. They are responsible for overseeing aspects of the budget by monitoring and reporting on revenue and expenditures and reconciling this monthly. They initiate requisitions, payments, and staff travel requests. This position will also serve as the designated Passport Acceptance Facility Program Manager which oversees passport services and supervises the Passport Acceptance Agent.

The Administrative Coordinator is Assistant to the Chair, coordinating basic administrative matters between the department and the university at large, specifically with the Dean's office. Work includes public contact in interpreting and promoting the departments programs and administrative decisions.
