We are seeking a dedicated Dining Assistant to join the UNT Dining team! In this role, you will help create a welcoming dining experience for our residents by assisting with meal service and ensuring a clean and comfortable environment. Responsibilities may include setting tables, packaging, prepping, and serving meals, and assisting with other dining needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional service. Previous experience in a dining or hospitality setting is a plus.
Lecturer of Spanish Dallas
The University of North Texas at Dallas invites applications for a faculty position in Spanish, beginning Fall 2025. This position is being offered at the Lecturer level. We seek an energetic, innovative, and student-centric Spanish language educator who can contribute to the Spanish program by teaching such courses as Spanish for Heritage Speakers, Elementary Spanish, and Intermediate Spanish, including Early College High School sessions. The successful candidate for this position will also provide leadership in developing curricula and experiential learning opportunities for diverse student populations, with internships in business and industry sectors and service-learning in Spanish-speaking communities. We are interested in building a high-quality applied Spanish program with a focus on bilingual and biliteracy workplace skills leading to career opportunities, particularly for heritage language students. We seek an educator who can help develop a strong Professional Spanish Graduate Certificate, as well as a Master of Arts in Spanish. RESPONSIBILITIES: Expectations for lecturers at UNT-Dallas include excellent teaching and service, resulting in contributions equivalent to a four-course load each semester. This workload expectation can be fulfilled through a combination of teaching, service, and program development. Faculty are also expected to participate in such service activities as curriculum development, student recruiting and advising, program assessment, and committee leadership.
Postdoctoral Research Associate Denton
The primary responsibilities of this Postdoctoral Research Associate will include conducting scientific ion-solid interaction-based research, instrumentation, analyzing results, and reporting on findings associated with the recently grant awarded by US Space Force Space Strategic Technology Institute (SSTI). The award is being led by Rochester Institute of Technology with subaward to UNT.
Assistant/Associate Professor Fort Worth
The Family Medicine Department at the University of North Texas Health Science Center is seeking a part time Assistant/Associate Professor faculty member in the Office of Rural Medical Education (ORME) to teach and mentor Doctor of Osteopathy medical students for the Rural Osteopathic Medical Education (ROME) programs.
