The College of Education Educator Preparation Office seeks qualified individuals for the position of Adjunct Assistant-Clinical Field Supervisor for the 2025-2026 academic year.
The Clinical Field Supervisor observes, coaches, and evaluates teacher candidates a minimum of 7 times during their clinical (student) teaching semester. These observations are typically on-site within a 50-mile radius of UNT-Denton campus. The Field Supervisor provides mentoring to developing the dispositions, knowledge and skills required of a novice teacher, oversees the timely completion and collection of Texas Education Agency and program-required documentation, conducts regular meetings with candidates and field-based district personnel as required, and works collaboratively as the liaison across partner school districts, cooperating teachers, campus leadership, and the COE Clinical Experiences Director.
The Field Supervisor must be T-TESS trained and attend trainings in August and throughout the semester (in-person and online). |

Lead job market research efforts for their assigned area, in order to provide current and relevant data to faculty and students. Work directly with student organizations in making connections to corporate speakers/mentors. Provide marketing of career services to the students and faculty in the assigned department. Assist with and support employer development and relations within the G. Brint Ryan College of Business. Provide assistance to other units in the Career Center and perform other duties as assigned for optimal operational success of the Wilson Jones Career Center. |

We are currently seeking an Hourly Summer Research Assistant to pursue molecular biology on plant-based products for manufacturing.
