| The Licensing & Contracts Administrator position supports operations across the Innovation & Commercialization and Research Contracting units, within the Division of Research & Innovation, to provide legal expertise and execution of contracts involving intellectual property, research-related agreements, and industry partnerships. Position duties include: executing research contracts with intellectual property agreements and licensing technology contracts; developing guidance for the protection of intellectual property; providing expertise in revenue generation avenues for UNT and inventors; developing startup companies; and executing contracts for engagement between university researchers and external partners in the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem (e.g. space lease agreements). |

Senior Administrative Coordinator

| The Sr Administrative Coordinator provides high-level, professional administrative support for daily operations of the Innovation & Commercialization unit within the Division of Research & Innovation. This multi-tasking position will manage complex staff calendars and scheduling, coordinate unit meetings and events, and manage staff travel arrangements and expense reconciliation. This position also maintains the intellectual property software database by inputting invention disclosures, updating project statuses, and tracking patent information with accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with research division budget staff to monitor unit budget; with responsibility for processing all transactions for procurement, and accounts payable of IP licensing royalties and patent expenses. |

| The UNT One Stop provides holistic student support across enrollment and financial services functions within the Division of Enrollment. Our team members support students across various modalities, including in-person, telephone, and virtual services (online chat and case management). The Student Experience Representative, UNT One Stop position provides direct assistance to students, families, and customers in support of a progressive and simplified student experience. The position will guide students through processes related to admissions, enrollment, financial aid, student accounts, and financial literacy, proactively solving complex situations through direct intervention and collaboration across teams, departments, and divisions.
The position enables individuals to develop solutions for complex situations, thrive in a team environment, and systematically improve the student experience in partnership with our vast array of UNT campus partners. |
