This position serves as a key point of coordination for school operations, including financial processes, personnel administration and academic support activities. The role works closely with faculty, staff and university leadership and requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment and the ability to manage confidential information.
Responsibilities include monitoring budgets and financial transactions, maintaining payroll and personnel records, processing hiring documentation and ePARs, coordinating office operations and supervising administrative staff and student assistants. The position also supports academic operations by assisting with course scheduling and other academic administrative processes, while preparing reports, correspondence and other materials for school leadership.
