Adjunct instructors plan classes and implement and evaluate teaching/learning objectives and student learning outcomes. An adjunct instructor undertakes the divisional and professional responsibilities of a part-time faculty member, including office hours. The successful applicant will be expected to provide instruction in a full range of undergraduate History courses within UNT Dallas’s History major, including core-curriculum U.S. History (2610-U.S. History to 1865, and 2620-U.S. History since 1865), Texas History (4700), and World Civilization courses (1050-World Civilization I, 1060-World Civilization II), and there may be an opportunity to teach upper-level courses. |
