| The Donation Coordinator provides remote support for the donated body program during overnight hours. This role involves answering incoming calls, guiding callers through donation procedures, and collecting and documenting necessary information according to established protocols. The Donation Coordinator will verify eligibility for the program, assist families with completing required paperwork, coordinate and dispatch transportation teams, and ensure all calls and actions are accurately logged and communicated for follow-up. This role is often the first point of contact for families, healthcare providers, and facilities during sensitive moments. |

| The Department of Medical Education and Health Systems Science is seeking a detail-oriented patient safety Administrative Specialist to provide outstanding administrative, and operations support to support the faculty teaching the Patient Safety Certification Course. Candidates in this role are expected to work the 12 two-week cohorts, 6 of which are back-to-back. Strong written and communication skills are required as you will be communicating with student doctors in the cohort regularly. You will be attending consultations with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and the Office of Certification regularly. Other duties include sending Zoom links for classes, checking Gradebook to ensure timely assignment submission, follow up with missing assignments, updating Canvas, inputting quizzes and other duties as required. Previous health care experience preferred. |
