Adjunct Faculty: College of Law, Fall 2025 Downtown Dallas
The UNT Dallas College of Law welcomes applications from experienced lawyers, judges, and law school instructors who are interested in serving as an adjunct faculty member during the Fall of 2025. NATURE OF POSITION AND APPOINTMENT The appointments will be as Adjunct Faculty to teach one course each in the Fall 2025 semester for the Day Division or the Evening Division . EXPECTATIONS Adjunct faculty members are a critical part of the College of Law’s learning community, and they will be involved in curricular and co-curricular activities and programs relating to student learning and professional formation throughout law school. Because the educational program will strive for excellence in developing practice-related competencies, adjunct faculty members will be expected to follow the instructional and curricular practices of the College of Law, including use of the Canvas Learning Management System, learning outcomes, multiple assessments, and research and writing modules within a course, as appropriate, with support from other faculty as well as research librarians. The College of Law will support adjunct faculty in these areas by providing training, course design expertise, and learning management system support.

The HVAC Foreman is responsible for daily maintenance, repair, and installation of various roof top units, mini splits, water coolers, walk in coolers, walk in freezers, kitchen equipment, and related systems. The HVAC foreman is also responsible for managing work orders in the work order system, managing HVAC shop, vehicles, and employees. The Foreman ensures satisfaction and sets the example for others in the department to follow. The Foreman works under the Assistant Director of Facilities Administration.
Asst Professor of Communication (Tenure-Track) Dallas
The University of North Texas at Dallas invites applications for a full-time generalist position in Communication with an emphasis in strategic communication, beginning Fall 2025. This tenure-track position is being offered at the Assistant Professor level. The successful candidate will be expected to achieve excellence in teaching and to help lead development of the UNT Dallas Communication and Digital Media Department, which offers the B.A. degree with tracks in digital production, strategic communication, and communication studies. This new faculty member will provide leadership in developing curricula, service and experiential learning opportunities, academic and community partnerships, and internships in nonprofit, media, and for-profit sectors throughout the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. The successful candidate will be expected to help develop the Communication and Digital Media major as a premier, highly visible program at UNT Dallas. We are particularly interested in student-centric, innovative, and energetic candidates who can help lead the development of UNTD’s Communication and Digital Media Department through program development, student recruitment, and community outreach. We seek an experienced academic leader who can contribute to the Communication and Digital Media program by teaching a range of courses in mass communication, as well as other communication areas. This new faculty member will also be responsible for developing online courses, a student communication club, and collaborative relationships with area mass communication organizations and agencies, broadcasters, community colleges, high schools, radio stations, and other communication entities. Professional experience in the communication field would be a plus. UNT Dallas offers faculty the unique opportunity to help shape the character of a 21st century, learner-focused, urban comprehensive university. The Communication and Digital Media program currently includes a Speaking Center and online student radio station. The university completed a new academic building in June 2019, which features a 6,000 square-foot media production suite and radio station. It is our goal to build a state-of-the-art Communication and Digital Media Department in one of the country’s premier media markets, providing training, networking, and direct access to jobs for our graduates.

Adjunct Professor - Public Health - Fall 2025 Dallas
