| The Commons Apartments Lead Maintenance Specialist will supervise and perform maintenance/repairs to Regent University Commons Apartments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional facility maintenance technical skills. This position will be required to lead and supervise maintenance and repair crews to accomplish all related tasks/projects to high industry standards. This position will also perform all tasks assigned by the Commons Maintenance Supervisor in a timely manner while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. |

Student Worker (CLEP Proctor/Assistant)

| The CLEP Proctor / Assistant's primary duty will be to facilitate CLEP tests to students (both Regent and non-Regent) in the provided facilities twice per week. During additional shifts and times when students haven't scheduled tests, the assistant's primary duty will be to provide support to the Academic Support Coordinator and Administrative Coordinator in day-to-day office communication, service, and program facilitation. |
