The Financial Specialist position will serve as an embedded representative directly supporting student-facing positions (inclusive of but not limited to Academic Advisors and Admissions Counselors). This position will field a high volume of internal contacts within a call center environment, in addition to engaging in direct contact with Regent University students as needed to resolve complex cases, escalated accounts, in support of new hire training experiences. The Finance Specialist serves as an expert in financial aid and payment plan options. |
